On February 19, 1993, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) promulgated the 40 CFR Part 503 regulation for use and disposal of biosolids. Since that time several amendments have been made to the 503 Rule.
Synagro's technical staff works with the EPA, National Biosolids Partnership, Regional Biosolids Associations, and State and Local Regulatory Agencies to stay abreast of federal, state, and local biosolids regulations and their ramifications.
