President and Chief Executive Officer
Bob is an accomplished executive with a track record of business growth throughout Asia, Europe and the U.S. He has the hunger to succeed and the experience to set practical performance targets and provide execution oversight to achieve goals and objectives aggressively. Bob does a superior job of establishing credibility and trust by being open and transparent in his communications, and has an adaptable, flexible leadership style. He’s a big-picture leader who acts quickly and cuts bureaucracy whenever and wherever possible. He fosters an innovative culture where ideas can be expressed openly, and he makes it easy to have sensitive discussions without having to worry about the outcome. He challenges the status quo in order to improve performance and when things are not working, change direction quickly. Bob has consistently and successfully transformed companies and helped teams reach high productivity levels and improve overall strategic performance by applying Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methods.
Chief Commercial Officer
Matt is passionate about collaborating with Synagro’s partners to solve problems and provide a world-class customer experience. Throughout his time as a military officer, in management consulting, and while running large industrial businesses, Matt has been known for fostering deep customer relationships that provided tremendous value for all involved. His experience and knowledge in chemicals, basic and advanced materials, as well as aerospace and defense enables him to deliver smart, customized solutions for customers and communities.
Chief Financial Officer
Ben is results-oriented and an operationally focused financial executive experienced in leading teams for private and public companies in the energy, engineering, construction, water and wastewater industries. He is driven by leading his teams to partner with operations, developing efficient/effective processes and controls, providing meaningful information that drives action, enhancing profitability, and supporting business transformations and growth. Ben’s background includes leading accounting, finance, human resources, office services, procurement and tax teams.
Chief Information Officer
David brings expertise aligning technology and business strategy to direct all aspects of the information technology environment. He helps us to maintain a leading position in using technology in all that we do. He also brings to the team valuable experience in in global ERP implementations, contract negotiations, management of outsourced relationships and partnership development.
General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer
Al has risen in the ranks of the Synagro team and now serves as general counsel. He leverages more than 20 years of experience in counsel roles in the energy and utility sectors. Al brings experience with licensing, process improvement and project financing among other skills.
Senior Vice President, Facilities
Charles leads the strategic planning, business management, development, engineering and sustainable operations of the Facilities Strategic Business Unit. He brings to the team extensive experience in business development, construction, maintenance, operations, project management and systems engineering in the electric power generation, infrastructure, oil and gas, and renewable energy industries. Charles focuses on enhancing the operational availability, efficiencies and the profitability of our facilities.
Senior Vice President, Services
Serving country and industry since his graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Barry helps us to strategically serve all customers. He is adept at accomplishing goals within budget and time constraints and fostering productive teams and collaborations.
