As the leader of human resources at Synagro, Mary Lynn is an innovative problem solver. She brings to the organization a wealth of experience building high-performance teams. Her focus on customer service helps keep the entire organization focused on serving our customers and partners.
David brings expertise aligning technology and business strategy to direct all aspects of the information technology environment. He helps us to maintain a leading position in using technology in all that we do. He also brings to the team valuable experience in in global ERP implementations, contract negotiations, management of outsourced relationships and partnership development.
General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer
Al has risen in the ranks of the Synagro team and now serves as general counsel. He leverages more than 20 years of experience in counsel roles in the energy and utility sectors. Al brings experience with licensing, process improvement and project financing among other skills.

Herb leads the strategic planning, business management, development, engineering and sustainable operations of the Facilities Strategic Business Unit. He brings to the team great skill tying strategic goals with operational capabilities. He helps clients to maintain or reduce costs while getting optimal results.

Serving country and industry since his graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Barry helps us to strategically serve all customers. He is adept at accomplishing goals within budget and time constraints and fostering productive teams and collaborations.

Tony is responsible for building competencies across Synagro to plan, assess and improve our delivery performance; ensuring on-time, on budget execution while balancing short-term operational results and aligning medium- and long-term initiatives to improve customer service effectiveness, project delivery, and execution capabilities.
